"And you shall rejoice before your God" (Deuteronomy 12:12)
​​​​​​​We must find reasons to celebrate. Life is hard.  We all have challenges and struggles.  The past few years have been difficult and the losses have been many.  So whenever you have a chance, find a way to rejoice.  Make up a reason to have friends over.  Get dressed up and go out.  You have earned it.   And even if you don't feel like you have, do it any way.  Turn the music up and dance like no one is watching.
