Sunday, September 14, 2025 • 21 Elul 5785
10:00 AM - 11:30 AMGHC Social HallSince October 7, many of us have felt waves of sadness, anxiety, and even despair. Rising antisemitism and a turbulent global climate have only added to our sense of unease.
In this timely lecture, we will explore how Positive Psychology—the science of human flourishing— and timeless Jewish wisdom can help us stay grounded, hopeful, and spiritually strong, even in moments of chaos and fear. Together, we’ll learn practical tools and ancient teachings to cultivate resilience, joy, and a deeper sense of purpose in uncertain times.
Rabbi Alfredo Borodowski is an international keynote speaker, and leadership coach who bridges the wisdom of Jewish tradition with the science of positive psychology. With over 30 years of experience teaching Jewish philosophy and consulting for global companies like Motorola, 2M, and more than 50 nonprofit organizations, Alfredo helps people grow through purpose, resilience, and meaning.
Ordained as a rabbi by the Seminario Rabinico Latinoamericano in Buenos Aires, with a Ph.D. in Jewish philosophy and an MSW in clinical therapy, he brings a rare combination of spiritual insight and psychological expertise.
His forthcoming book is entitled: "The Human Upgrade: Empowering leaders to thrive in the age of AI revolution"
