Thursday, September 15, 2022 • 19 Elul 5782 - 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM - Zoom
The current Hebrew month of Elul is seen as a time to search one's heart and draw close to God in preparation for the coming Day of Judgement, Rosh Hashanah, and Day of Atonement, Yom Kippur. In Hebrew, Elul is spelled Aleph-Lamed-Vav-Lamed. This is also the acronym for Ani L'Dodi V'Dodi L (I am my beloved and my beloved is mine). Together we will explore the theme of love as we prepare for the High Holiday through text and meditation. In this two-part series, each session will incorporate text study and guided meditation.
