Every spring the Westchester Jewish Council honors deserving member organizations and their leaders with the Julian Y. Bernstein Distinguished Service Award.  Julian Y. Bernstein was a former WJC board member, who was a visionary communal leader and believed that doing tzedakah was just as important as giving tzedakah.  This year the Westchester Jewish Council will be honoring Dr Andrew Goldstein for his outstanding leadership during the Covid-19 Pandemic and his hard work and dedication as our Vice President of Religious Affairs.
