Everyone is welcome to join the Green Team, co-sponsors Sisterhood and Adult Ed, and local chef Kate Sonders Solomon, and learn how to prepare a delicious Vegetable Tagine and Couscous. Chef Kate Sonders Solomon is known throughout Westchester for her creative cooking classes for adults and children.
The ingredients, equipment needed, and the recipe can be found by clicking the link below*. Please note that the Tagine is nut and gluten-free. Kate has also provided a list of gluten-free alternatives to couscous in her recipe. Please cook the gluten-free alternative according to the directions on it's package.
