Israel Team Presents “Edut710”
Sunday, November 23, 2025 • 3 Kislev 5786
10:00 AM - 12:00 PMGHC Social HallEdut 710 was launched in the immediate aftermath of the October 7 attacks with an urgent mission: to preserve the voices of those who lived through that day. First and foremost, we sought to provide survivors with a safe space to share their stories and preserve their lived experiences. We understood we were documenting history itself - ensuring that these voices would not only record what happened but also become embedded in the enduring collective memory of Israel and the Jewish people.
To date, our all-volunteer team has recorded over 1,700 first-hand testimonies. Each one is edited with care, and more than 700 have already been published online on the Edut 710 website and are accessible worldwide. This is an unprecedented scale of documentation. These powerful narratives serve as a living bridge between Israel and Jewish communities worldwide. These first-hand testimonies are a vital tool for education, strengthening Jewish identity for future generations, and a potential resource in the fight against denial. The testimonies, as part of the cultural treasures of the Jewish people, will be deposited at Israel’s National Library.
